The Reason For The Bubbles And Rough Surface On The Surface Of Artificial Stone

There are three main reasons:
1. The moisture content of the filler exceeds the normal index. When the moisture content of the filler particles is high, a small water bubble will form around them. Due to the exothermic process of resin curing, the heat released disrupts the balance of the water bubbles around the particles, leaving the bubbles inside the artificial stone matrix. After curing, bubbles and hemp surface will appear on the surface.
During the mixing process, air is introduced into the artificial stone matrix.
3. Improper ratio of resin, curing agent, and initiator results in the inability to timely release any residual bubbles in the matrix.
