Method
First, check whether the artificial stone product has quality system certification, anti-counterfeiting marks, quality inspection reports, etc.
Second scratch: Use nails to scratch the surface of the board, check for obvious scratches, and determine its hardness.
Three inspections: visually inspect the product for a clear and pure color, with no plastic like texture on the surface, and no air holes on the Front of the board.
Four touch: The surface of the sample feels smooth, silky, without obvious unevenness, and the interface is smooth when touched by hand.
Five Smells: No pungent chemical odor in the nose.
Six collisions: Two identical samples are knocked against each other, making them less likely to break.
Seven burning: Take a slender strip of artificial stone and put it on the fire to burn. Poor quality artificial stone is easy to burn and burns vigorously, while good quality artificial stone cannot burn unless something is added to support combustion and will automatically extinguish.
Eight drops: Look at its hardness and strength. Take a piece of material, which is 200 * 200 in size, and throw it hard onto the cement floor. Poor quality artificial stone will break into many small pieces with good quality, and at most it will break into two or three pieces. Moreover, if the force is not enough, it can bounce off the ground.
